Tiernan Tunnicliffe(she/they) is a New York City based stage and screen Actor, Singer, Dancer, Director and Educator. She grew up in Los Angeles, California where she trained at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy.
Tiernan is a graduate of NYU-Tisch School of the Arts where she received a BFA in Musical Theatre and studied Film and Physical Acting.
Tiernan originated the role of Eleanor/Benvolio and was 1st cover for the role of Anne in the Broadway production of “& Juliet”.
Over the past year Tiernan successfully planned and led two Theatre Workshops in Beijing and Shenzhen, China. This past March she worked as the Associate Director for the 2026 National Tour of “Bat out of Hell”. She will star as Maureen in the upcoming production of “RENT” at Buck’s County playhouse this Summer.
